How to accurately distinguish the material quality of Blister products?
In daily life and industrial production, we often come *** contact with Blister products, which are packaging products designed and produced by Blister processing plants. Its main raw materials are various sheets, which are formed by a whole sheet after heat treatment by blister process and cut *** single small products. At the same time, some product leftovers will be left, which we call waste. In terms of materials, many friends don't know how to distinguish various materials, and they often get confused. Here's a brief introduction to this.
The commonly used materials in blister packaging plants are PS, pet, PVC, etc.
1. PS material features: the full name is polystyrene. The material is soft. Black and white materials are most commonly used. They can be torn by hand. They can not directly contact food. They are mostly used for pallets.
Sensory identification: can be easily torn.
Combustion identification: it smells like oil during combustion, melts and drips, and there is black smoke during combustion.
2. PET material features: this material belongs to environmental protection material, with good hardness, strong transparency, bright and white material surface, strong degradability, no obvious white trace when folded in half, and can directly contact with food.

Sensory identification: This blister product is generally white and transparent, with a hard hand feel and a sound when kneading.
Combustion identification: there is black smoke during combustion, and the flame has fire jumping phenomenon. After combustion, the material surface is black carbonized, and the black carbonized substance after combustion is rubbed by fingers, and the carbide is in powder form.
3. PVC material features: PVC is more resistant in the United States. It is one of the most used materials for blister packaging. In case of low temperature weather, it will become brittle and easy to crack. When folded in half, there will be obvious white marks and the surface will be blue.
Sensory identification: the appearance is very similar to EVA but elastic.
Combustion identification: Blister products emit black smoke when burning, which is extinguished immediately after leaving the fire. The combustion surface is black without melting and dripping.
